I have been annoyed by the traditional approach to presentations ever since. A former boss of mine once spent 6,000 EUR in order to get a presentation designed. To whoever I speak, they dislike the efforts required to create a presentation. That was motivation enough to solve the problem.
Usually I don't have that much time but due to the Corona situation I used my vacation to approach a first iteration of a potential solution.
When thinking about the presentation engine I considered reveal.js which is a fantastic presentation framework. Unfortunately it was not suitable for this purpose so I created my own.
